He died on 7 May 1846 at Caerhys, St Davids, Pembrokeshire; Henry Perkins abode Caerhys buried 8/5/1846 aged 77.1 He was buried on 8 May 1846 at St Davids Cathedral, St Davids, Pembrokeshire; Sacred to the moemory of Henry Perkins, of Carhys, in this parish, who died May the 7th 1846m aged 76 years.4
